Terms of Service

Last reviewed May 17, 2026. By accessing or using the Kelden application, services, or APIs, you agree to these terms unless a separate written agreement with Kelden governs your use.

General provisions

These terms govern use of the services. If you execute a Master Services Agreement, order form, pilot agreement, or other written agreement with Kelden, that agreement supersedes conflicting provisions in these terms.

Service description

Kelden provides sector-agnostic document intelligence and connector-assisted review software. The services may create universal document trees, source records, evidence references, review tasks, activity records, drafts, workflow-pack results, and outside-work history from documents, messages, attachments, and customer-authorized connector data.

Data processing and security

Acceptable use

Connectors and external systems

Customers are responsible for authorizing and managing access to third-party systems they connect to Kelden. Supported connectors import authorized source data. Provider sends or mutations occur only through a separately enabled path with the required approval and product controls.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kelden will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or third-party integration issues, except where prohibited by law or stated differently in a governing written agreement.

Termination

Kelden may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these terms, a security risk, nonpayment, unauthorized use, or a legal requirement to do so.
