Information we collect
- Account information, including name, email address, workspace membership, authentication identifiers, and connector account metadata needed to provide the service.
- Connector data that a customer authorizes Kelden to import from connected services such as email, accounting, document, and business systems.
- Documents, messages, attachments, and structured records submitted for document understanding, evidence extraction, or review tasks.
- API usage, latency, error logs, audit events, and security telemetry used to operate, troubleshoot, and protect the service.
How we use information
Kelden does not sell customer data. Kelden does not use customer documents, messages, or connector data to train foundation models unless a customer explicitly agrees in a separate written agreement.
- To create universal document trees, source records, evidence references, review tasks, drafts, audit trails, and outside-work history.
- To import source data from customer-authorized connectors.
- To maintain workspace security, tenant isolation, reliability, and support.
- To improve product quality using operational signals and customer feedback.
Data security and compliance
Kelden runs on managed cloud infrastructure and uses access controls, encryption in transit, encrypted token storage for supported connectors, and tenant-scoped application controls. Security and compliance commitments are defined by the customer's written agreement or order form.
Connector access
Connector access is customer-authorized. Kelden imports authorized connector data and may execute explicitly approved email sends where the customer grants send access. Financial and other provider mutations remain disabled unless a written agreement, certified provider path, and product control explicitly enable them.
Your choices
Customers may request access, correction, export, or deletion of account and workspace data where required by applicable law and the governing agreement. Customers may disconnect supported connectors through an authorized Kelden workspace or by contacting support.
